显微组织和力学性能的影响

摘 要: 对2种直径的大规格TC4钛合金丝材进行相同制度的固溶时效热处理,并对热处理后的试样进行显微组织和力学性能的对比研究。对显微组织变化细节进行观察分析,并对提高大规格TC4钛合金丝材力学性能的工艺措施进行探讨。结果表明:直径对大规格TC4钛合金丝材的显微组织有明显的影响,进而对室温力学性能产生影响。

Abstract:TC4 titanium alloy wires with two different diameters were solution and aging treated in the same time. Microstructures and mechanical properties of the heat treated samples were comparatively investigated. The details of microstructure difference were observed and methods for improving mechanical properties of large-size TC4 titanium alloy wires were discussed. The results show that wire diameter has a distinct influence on microstructures and mechanical properties for large-size TC4 titanium alloy wires.
