合金组织及性能的影响

摘 要: 通过金相显微术、SEM和TEM等分析测试方法研究了固溶时效处理制度中固溶后冷却速率对Ti-5.8Al-3Mo-1Cr-2Sn-2Zr-1V-0.15Si合金显微组织及力学性能的影响。结果显示:随着固溶后冷却速度的降低,β相中β稳定元素含量逐渐升高,α相稳定元素含量逐渐下降,对次生α相的析出阻力变大,故后继时效析出的次生α相尺寸减小。同时,固溶后合金的初生α相板条宽度增加,可观测到的β相逐渐减少。冷却速度影响合金力学性能的原因在于合金中初生α相,次生α相,β相的比例和形貌的改变。

Abstract:The effect of cooling rate after solution treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti-5.8Al-3Mo-1Cr-2Sn-2Zr-1V-0.15Si alloy was studied by the OM, SEM and TEM. It is found that as the cooling rate decreases, the β stabilizers increase and the α stabilizers decrease in the β phase, thus the precipitation of second α phase becomes difficult during sequent aging, and the precipitated second α phase becomes small. At the same time, the lamellar of primary α becomes coarse, and the amount of β phase decreases. The effect of cooling rate on the mechanical properties lies in the change of the amount and pattern of primary α phase, secondary α phase and β phase.
