摘 要: 通过加入中间合金的方式向7715D钛合金中加入第二相,研究了合金元素对7715D高温钛合金力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:添加一定量的Ta、B和C后,材料的相变温度发生改变,室温拉伸性能和高温拉伸性能都有显著提高;通过对拉伸断口进行观察,初步研究合金的断裂机制。

7715D high temperature titanium alloy

Abstract:Second phases as master alloys were added into 7715D titanium alloy. The effect of alloying elements on the mechanical properties of 7715D alloy was studied. The results show that the phase transformation temperature of the alloy is changed and the tensile properties at room and high temperature are improved observably. The failure mechanism of this titanium alloy was researched primarily by observation of fracture surface.
