显微组织的影响

摘 要: 主要研究加工工艺对不同成分的Ti5553合金等温锻件力学性能和显微组织的影响,并讨论了未来新型航空部件对该类型高强度和高断裂韧性钛合金材料的需求。结果表明,不同的加工工艺可使Ti5553合金能获得不同级别的力学性能。

Abstract:The influence of process routes on the mechanical properties and microstructure of Ti5553 isothermal forgings with different components was investigated. The requirements for titanium alloys in light of potential applicability to airframe structures were discussed for current. The results indicate that Ti5553 alloys with different microstructure and mechanical properties are obtained according to different processes.
