化学镀法制备镍包覆铝粉①

摘 要: 用化学镀法在活性铝粉表面包覆纯镍层制备Ni-Al复合粉末。结果表明，控制温度为86~89℃、 pH= 12.5~13.2 、硫酸镍加入量为35.0~45.0 g/ L、还原剂加入量为75~95 mL/ L时可获得镀覆质量良好的粉末，且镍呈结晶态析出。此外还讨论了这些工艺参数对镀覆质量的影响。

Abstract:The composite powders were produced by electroless pure-nickel plating on the surface of activated aluminium powders. The experimental results showed that the well-qualified composite powders can be made by controlling technological parameters and nickel appears in crystal state. The influence of the technological parameters on the coating quality was also given.
