摘 要: 采用动电位法研究了在PbSiF6-H2SiF6电解液体系中,添加剂及工艺参数对电沉积Pb阴极过程的影响,探讨了电沉积Pb,过程的电化学反应机理。研究结果表明,控制电解液含Pb量为40~120g/L,H2SiF6为90~120 g/L,添加剂木质磺酸钠为4g/L时,可以获得高质量的Pb沉积物。

Abstract:The influence of additive and technological parameter on cathode process of electrodepositing Pb in PbSiF6-H2SiF6electrolytic system was investigated by motional electric potential. The electrochemical mechanism of the process is indicated. The experimental results showed that controlling Pb in electrolyte as 40~120 g/L,H2SiF6as 90~120 g/L, sodium wood-sulfonate additive as 4 gL, high quality deposit Pb was obtained.
