摘 要: 介绍了用硫化碱湿法提取锡的新工艺及电化学基础研究。在黝锡矿精矿中配入硫化钠和炭粉进行烧结,然后采用水浸出、净化和电积流程,锡的总回收率在90%以上。采用多种电化学方法测定和研究了SnS 离子在锡电极上的还原动力学参数和机理。

Abstract:A new process of tin hydrometallurgy from stannite concentrate and the electrochemical behaviors of SnS were studied. In the new process, stannite concentrate which was blended with sodium sulphide (NaxS·9H2O),charcoal powder and sulpher was sintered at the temperature of 650℃ for an hour. Then the processes of leaching, purification and electrolysis were adopted. The mechanism and kinetics of SnS at tin electrode in NaOH-Na2S-Na4SnS4 solution by various kinds of electrochemical methods were also investigated.
