摘 要: 系统地研究了一种控制SiCP/Al复合材料中轻微界面反应的新工艺,并通过界面结构观察和弯曲性能测试,成功地评价了该工艺的效果。结果表明:酸洗工艺可以通过改变碳化硅颗粒表面的化学特性来实现SiC-Al界面状态的优化及控制,进而达到调整该种复合材料的力学性能、以适应不同应用工况条件的目的。

Abstract:A systematic study of a new technology__acid washing treatment plus squeeze casting for controlling the slight interfacial reaction in SiCP/6061Al composites has been carried out. The eff ect of the technology was successfully evaluated by examining interface microstructure and testing flexural properties of materials. The results show that acid washing treatment may control and optimize SiC-Al interface state by changing chemical nature of the surface of SiC particulates, which in turn modifies the mechanical properties of the materials to meet various applications.
