摘 要: 报道了一种新的高灵敏度非水溶性卟啉显色剂meso-四(5-溴-2-羟基苯基)卟啉的合成方法,并研究了该试剂与铜反应的条件。研究结果表 明,在pH3.0的HCl-NaAc缓冲介质中和SDS-吡啶-镉存在下,沸水浴加热12min反应进行完全。在最大吸收波长417nm处,配合物的表观摩尔吸光系数ε值是4.01×105L·mol-1·cm-1,铜量在0~160μg/L范围内符合比尔定律。方法应用于废水、人发和铝合金中微量铜的直接测定,结果满意。

Abstract:The synthesis of a new highly sensitive water-inso luble colour reagentmeso-tetra-(5-bromo-2-
hydroxyphenyl) porphyrin has been reported and reaction conditions of the reagent with copper(Ⅱ) have been investigated. In medium of pH 3.0 HCl-NaAc buffer and in the presence of SDS-pyridin-cadmium, the reaction was completd by heating on boiling water bath for 12 min. The apparent molar absorptivity of the complex is 4.01×105L·mol-1·cm-1 at 417nm, the Beer's law is obeyed for copper(Ⅱ) in the range of 0~160μg/L. The method has been applied to the direct determination of trace copper(Ⅱ) in waste water, human hair and Al alloys with satisfactory results.
