摘 要: 用TEM对铸态SiCP/Mg(AZ81)复合材料界面进行了研究。结果表明,SiC颗粒与α-Mg界面光滑,无界面化学反应。 Mg17Al12相及Cu5Zn8相能在SiC颗粒表面形核长大, 且它们之间的位向关系为:[1,-1,0,1]SiC‖[1,-1,1]Mg17Al12, (0,1,-1,1)SiC‖(1,1,0)Mg17Al12和[1,0,0]Cu5Zn8‖[2,-1,-1,0]SiC, (0,0,1)Cu5Zn8‖(0,0,0,1)SiC 。

Abstract:The interface of as-cast SiCP/Mg(AZ81) composite has been studied by TEM. The results showed that SiCP/α-Mg interface is smooth and there is no chemical reaction products at the interface. Mg17Al12 eutectie phase and Cu5Zn8 phase have been found nucleating and growing on the SiC. Their relationships are [1,-1,0,1]SiC‖[1,-1,1]Mg17Al12, (0,1,-1,1)SiC‖(1,1,0)Mg17Al12 and [1,0,0]Cu5Zn8‖[2,-1,-1,0]SiC, (0,0,1)Cu5Zn8‖(0,0,0,1)SiC.
