摘 要: 根据炉渣结构的共存理论和相图,推导了CaO-B2O3和 FeO-Fe2O3-B2O3渣系 的热力学计算模型。结果表明:(1) 理论计算的CaO-B2O3渣系的作用浓度 NCaO及NB2O3 与实测的活度aCaO及aB2O3一致; (2) 理论计算的FeO-Fe2O3-B2O3渣系的氧化能力NFetO 与实测的炉渣FetO的活度值相符合。这说明本文提出的 热力学计算模 型是合理的。

Abstract:Based on the coexistence theory of slag structure and phas e diagrams, thermodynamic calculating models have been deduced for CaO-B2O3 and FeO-Fe2O3-B2O3 slag melts. It is shown from the calculated results that: (1) The calculated mass action concentrations of CaO, B2O3 are in good agreement with the measured activities of their units. (2) For the FeO-Fe2O3-B2O3 slag melt, the calculated NFetO is consistent with the experimental aFetO . Therefore, the above mentioned mode ls are reasonable.
