摘 要: 利用XD法制备了TiC/2618复合材料,并对其制备工艺、微观组织及再结晶规律进行了研究。结果表明:复合材料中 TiC 颗粒尺寸细小( <1 μm)、表面光洁、与基体相容性好,且与2618合金相比,其再结晶温度提高约50 ℃。

Abstract:The TiC/2618 composite has been prepared by XD method. The preparing technology,miscroscopy and the crystallization law of the composite have been studied. The results show that the TiC particles in the composite have the characteristics of fine size (<1 μm), clear appearance and a good bond with the matrix, and the recrystallization temperature of the composite increases about 50 ℃ in comparision with that of the 2618 alloy.
