摘 要: 在材料织构定量分析的基础上,由织构级数展开系数计算金属板材的成型性参数,如塑性应变比R 值与泰勒因子M 等。通过物理数学模型的选择,提出了改进的简化数模。采用Bunge符号系统与晶体学处理方法,建立了测算织构金属材料的成型性参数的新方法。理论预测与力学性能测试的结果相一致,证实了该法的准确性和可靠性。

Abstract:Based on the development of the Quantitative Texture Analysis (QTA) of materials, the calculation of formability parameters such as plastic strain ratio R and the Taylor factor M of sheet metals from series expansion Coefficients of texture have been studied. A simplified mathematic model has been proposed by choosing suitable physicomathematic model, and a new method to calculate form ability parameters of texture metal materials has been given using Bunge symbol system and cystallology process method. The prediction results agree well with experimental data from a steel sheet.
