高性能铝合金轮毂模锻新技术

摘 要: 针对大型汽车铝合金轮毂的高性能要求,采用高纯 度原材料、高模锻温度、高金属固溶热处理温度、高人工时效温度等新技术,大幅度提高了产品的性能。与原工艺下的产品质量相比,强度提高了30%, 硬度提高了40%,伸长率提高了50%。本文详细介绍了该工艺过程,分析了提高性能指标的各影响因素和强化机 理。

NEW TECHNOLOGY OF DIE FORGING PROCESS OF ALUMINIUM ALLOY HUB

Abstract:A new technology has been used for the die forging process of aluminium alloy hub of heavy automobile. By selecting raw material with low content of Fe and H2, adopting high die forging temperature, high solution heat treatment temperature and high ageing temperture, the property of forging has been improved greatly with a rise of  30% in strength, 40% in hardness and 50% in elongation. In this paper, the details of the process were presented, and the influence factors and the strengthening mechanism of forging property improvement were analyzed.
