摘 要: 采用三维刚-粘塑性有限元方法,对一典型的铝型材非等温成形过程进行了数值模拟。 分析了铝材挤压的3个不同成形阶段,给出了成形各阶段的应力、应变和温度场分布情况以及整个成形过程中模具载荷随成形时间的变化情况。这些模拟结果为铝型材挤压的模具设计和设备选取提供了重要的依据。同时, 还对三维塑性变形的有限元数值模拟中关键技术的处理方法进行了探讨。

Abstract:A nonthermal extrusion process of a typical alminium material has been simulated by three dimensional rigid-visoplastic finite element method. Three different stages of the extrusion process were described in detail. In every stage, the distributions of stress, strain and temperature field and the curve of load versus time were also given to assist in design of dies and the selection of equipments for the aluminium extrusion process. Meanwhile, the technological treatments of FEM for simulating three dimensional plastic deformation process were also discussed.
