W-Ni-Fe重合金的注射成形工艺

摘 要:   研究了97W-2Ni-1Fe重合金喂料的流变学行为, 测定了该合金注射成形试样的力学性能和烧结收缩率。结果表明:97W-2Ni-1Fe重合金喂料的流变行为可用假塑性体来描述, 产品的屈服强度达649 MPa, 断裂强度达936 MPa, 延伸率11.4%,硬度为HRC31, 其力学性能优于传统压制/烧结工艺产品, 且烧结收缩基本各向同性, 产品尺寸偏差范围为±0.02 mm。

INJECTION MOLDING PROCESS OF W-Ni-Fe HEAVY ALLOY

Abstract:The rheological behavior of 97W-12Ni-1Fe heavy alloy feedstock was studied. The mechanical properties and shrinkage behaviors of samples formed by injection molding were measured. The results show that the f low of the feedstock is essentially pseudoplastic in behavior and the mechanica l properties of MIM alloy are as follows: σb=936 MPa, σ0.2=649 MPa, δ=11.4% and HRC=31, which are compared favorably with those values obtained by conventional press/sinter process. In addition, it is determined that the sintering shrinkage is almost isotropic and the dimension deviation is within ±0.2 mm.
