合金快速凝固组织和硬度

摘 要: 制备了多种Al98-3xCu2xFexNi1Ce0.5Zr0.5合金喷射成形毛坯, 同时研究了该类合金的快速凝固组织和硬度随合金组分变化的规律。 结果发现: 预成形毛坯的平均致密度大于96.8%, 毛坯底部的孔隙以搭接式为主; 随着Cu, Fe合金元素含量的提高, 其组织形态变化的规律为:细小晶粒组织→粒状析出相→细针状析出相, 且硬度值单调上升。 当x≤1时, 快速凝固态合金的硬度值高于普通铸造状态的硬度值; 当x>1时, 结果相反。

Abstract:The rapidly solidified Al98-3xCu2xFexNi1Ce0.5Zr0.5 alloys were fabricated by means of spray forming technique. The morphologies and hardnesses of these alloys were studied. The results showed that the average contrary density of as-deposite is mainly as-framing. With the increment of the contents of copper and iron, the transforming rule of morphology is tiny grain morphology → particle-like dispersed phase → needle-like dispersed phase. Meanwhile, the hardness increases monotonously. When x≤1, the hardness of rapidly solidified alloy is greater than that of alloy made by ingot metallurgy.When x>1, the result is opposite.
