摘 要: 广泛地搜集了Ni-Cu-Fe-S-O体系热力学数据,严格地进行了筛选,并充分考虑各物质的分解温度,借助已开发的优势区图自动绘制系统,完整地绘制了Ni-S-O,Cu-S-O,Fe-S-O,Ni-Cu-S-O和Ni-Fe-S-O几个体系不同温度下的lg pSO2—lg pO2优势区图。从一系列优势区图发现,在高温下(1500K以上),镍冶炼过程的稳定成分主要是金属、低价金属硫化物、低价金属氧化物,其它物种均会发生分解。从理论上重新阐述了镍高温火法熔炼的热力学原理。

Abstract:The thermodynamical data of Ni-Cu-Fe-S-O systems were collected and strictly evaluated and the decomposition temperature of species was considered as well. With the help of predominance diagram plotting system, the predominance diagrams of Ni-S-O, Cu-S-O, Fe-S-O, Ni-Cu-S-O and Ni-Fe-S-O systems were completely plotted. It shows from all the diagrams that the predominance species during nickel smelting are metals, low valence metal sulfides and metal oxides at high temperature (above 1500K) and other species will be decomposed. The principles of the nickel smelting process at high temperature were accordingly demonstrated.
