TiAlCr涂层对TiAl金属间化合物抗熔融硫酸盐热腐蚀的影响

摘 要: 研究了溅射TiAlCr涂层对TiAl金属间化合物抗硫酸盐热腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,850℃时,90%Na2SO4+10%K2SO4中Ti50Al和Ti-24Al-14Nb-3V都遭受严重热腐蚀。TiAlCr涂层能大大改善TiAl金属间化合物的抗热腐蚀性能。带Ti50Al10Cr涂层的Ti50Al表面形成一层完整致密的Al2O3膜,涂层与基材之间无明显互扩散。带Ti50Al10Cr涂层的Ti-24Al-14Nb-3V表面虽然也形成Al2O3膜,但在其上面长出一些TiO2瘤。这可能是涂层与基材之间的互扩散导致涂层中Ti含量增加,Al含量减少而生成TiO2的结果。将涂层成分调整为Ti50Al20Cr后,带Ti50Al20Cr涂层的Ti-24Al-14Nb-3V表面生成了连续的Al2O3膜,其抗热腐蚀性能良好。

Effects of sputtered TiAlCr coatings on hot corrosion resistance of TiAl intermetallics in molten sulphate

Abstract:The effects of sputtered TiAlCr coatings on hot corrosion resistance of TiAl intermetallics was investigated in molten sulphate at 850℃. Both TiAl and Ti-24Al-14Nb-3V suffered severe hot corrosion. The TiAlCr coatings remarkably improved the hot corrosion resistance due to the formation of protective Al2O3 scale. A uniform Al2O3 scale formed on the surface of Ti50Al with Ti50Al10Cr coating and there was no obvious interdiffusion between Ti50Al and Ti50Al10Cr coating. The interdiffusion between TiAlCr coatings and substrate led to a great deal of TiO2 appearing on the Ti50Al10Cr coating.
