AlTiB中间合金中的化合物形态

摘 要:  研究了原料与Al5Ti1B中间合金组织形态之间的联系,结果表明:在一定熔炼工艺条件下,用纯Ti颗粒法可制备出含有颗粒状TiAl3(3~15μm)和颗粒状TiB2(0.1~1.2μm)的Al5Ti1B中间合金;用氟盐法可以制备出含有块状与片状形态 TiAl3(10~100μm)和条状与颗粒状TiB2(0.2~3.0 μm)的Al5Ti1B中间合金。理论分析认为:原料对Al5Ti1B中间合金化合物的影响是通过改变化学反应体系和熔体结构状态来实现的。

Morphologies of intermetallic compounds in AlTiB master alloys

Abstract:The relationship between raw materials and the intermetallic compounds in Al5Ti1B master alloys has been investigated. Experimental results show that Al5Ti1B master alloy containing granular TiAl3 (3~15μm)and TiB2 particles(0.1~1.2μm) can be obtained by using of pure Ti particles and compounds containing B; block and flake-like TiAl3 (10~100 μm) and bar-like TiB2( 0.2~3.0 μm )can be obtained by using of fluoride salt method under usual casting condition (melted at 850℃, holding 45min and pouring into permanent mould). Theoretical analyses show that different raw materials can have different chemical reaction processes and melt structures, then have different structures of Al5Ti1B master alloys.
