摘 要: 研究了溅射Ti50Al10Cr及Ti50Al20Cr涂层对Ti-24Al-14Nb-3V抗高温氧化性能的影响。结果表明,在800℃下,Ti50Al10Cr及Ti50Al20Cr涂层表面由于可形成粘 附性良好的Al2O3膜,大大改善了Ti-24Al-14Nb-3V的抗高温氧化性能。900℃时在Ti50Al10Cr涂层 表面长出大量TiO2,导致其氧化增重较大;而在Ti50Al20Cr涂层表面生成了连续Al2O3,其抗氧化性能良好。然而,由于TiAlCr涂层与基体热膨胀系数不同,在循环氧化过程中涂层出现一些裂纹,导致其抗循环氧化性能有所下降。

Abstract:The effect of sputtered Ti50Al10Cr and Ti50Al20Cr coatings on oxidation resistance of Ti-24Al-14Nb-3V in static air at 800~900 ℃ was studied .The uncoated TiAl alloys showed poor resistance due to the formation of porous mixed Al 2 O3+TiO2+AlNbO4 scale. The Ti50Al10Cr and Ti50Al20Cr coatings could remarkably improve the oxidation resistance of Ti-24Al-14Nb-3V due to the formation of protective Al2O3 layer. A great deal of TiO2 appeared on the Ti50Al10Cr coating , which led to great mass gain at high temperatures. Both coatings cracked during cyclic oxidation due to the difference of thermal expansion coefficients between the TiAlCr coatings and the substrate.
