摘 要: 利用自蔓延高温燃烧合成结合准热等静压技术(SHS/PHIP)成功地制备了高致密度的TiC-24Ni-6Mo金属陶瓷(TN30)。 金属陶瓷主要由球形TiC颗粒和近乎网状的Ni粘结相组成。 TiC颗粒与粘结相界面结合良好, 部分粘结相中残留有微量的游离碳。 TN30的抗弯强度和抗压强度分别达到910MPa和3.04GPa。

Abstract:Densified TiC-24Ni-6Mo cermet was prepared by self-propagating high temperature synthesis and pseudo-hot isostatic pressing(SHS£¯PHIP). The cermet mainly consists of spheroidal TiC particles and quasi-continuous Ni-binder phase. Interfacial bonding between TiC and Ni is found to be of a good quality. Residual C exists in Niª²binder phase. Transverse rupture strength and compressive strength are approximately 910MPa and 3.04GPa, respectively.
