摘 要: 对CuZnAl形状记忆合金摩擦过程中的组织及成分变化进行了研究。结果表明:CuZnAl形状记忆合金在急冷急热、强烈变形的摩擦过程中发生了由单一的M18R马氏体β' 相向α+β双相平衡组织的转变;当摩擦条件较“缓和”时,沿摩擦表面形成α和β交替出现的组织;当摩擦条件较“恶劣”时在摩擦层表层出现β相层,由表向内依次为α相层、α+β双相层、交叉马氏体层。此时β相容易从基体中剥落,合金的耐磨性低。

Abstract:The changes on microstructure and composition in Cu-Zn-Al shape memory alloy during friction have been investigated. It is shown that M18R martensite transforms into α+β when cooling, heating rapidly, and deforming strongly during friction test. In mild friction, α and β phases appear alternately along the surface. On the contrary, in severe friction, the phase layers present from the outmost surface inward are: β, α, α+β, cross-martensite subsequently. In this case, it is easy for β phase to breake away, thus results in poor wearing resistance.
