摘 要: 采用喷射成形工艺制备了Cu-Cr-Zr-Mg合金,对合金进行了形变热处理,并对热处理后材料的维氏硬度、拉伸断裂行为和室温导电率进行了研究。结果表明,喷射成形合金经形变热处理后其强度和导电性的综合性能良好。

Abstract:A Cu-Cr-Zr-Mg alloy was prepared with spray forming technology. The microstructure was observed and the microhardness, tensile strength and electrical conductivity of alloy after thermal mechanical processing were tested at ambient temperature. The results show that the good combination of high strength and high electrical conductivity can be achieved via spray forming and subsequent thermal mechanical treatments.
