摘 要: 利用氮气雾化喷射沉积技术成功地获得了宇航用变形镍基高温合金柱形坯。沉积坯整体致密、含气量低、成分均匀、组织细化。研究了温度和应变速率对沉积材料的高温变形抗力、工艺塑性的影响以及热加工和经5种不同热处理后材料的显微组织特征。材料的最终力学性能达到或超过同成分的铸锻材料的标准要求。

Abstract:A Ni-base superalloy columnar preform were produced through nitrogen spray atomization and deposition. The deposited material exhibits high density, low gas content, homogenous composition and fine structure. The high temperature deformation characteristics and microstructures after several heat treatments were studied. The results showed that the mechanical properties of the spray formed materials are better than those of the cast & wrought materials of similar chemical compositions.
