摘 要: 研究了含氮、铌和稀土的Fe-Cr-Ni耐热钢的力学性能和高温特性,结果表明:含0.14%N,0.08%RE,0.15%Nb, 23%~30%Cr和11%~16%Ni的材料经1100 ℃水淬,1000 ℃时效热处理后具有最好的综合性能;该材料1 000 ℃时的抗氧化性能与ZG40Cr25Ni20相当,优于ZG 35Cr18Ni25Si2等国内外常用的耐热钢。

Abstract:The mechanical properties and high temperature characteristics of Fe-Cr-Ni heat resistant steels containing nitrogen, niobium and rare-earth were studied. The results show that the comprehensive properties of the material containing 0.14%N, 0. 08%RE, 0.15%Nb, 23~30%Cr, 11~16%Ni after water quenching at 1100 ℃, then aging at 1 000℃ are the best. The oxidation resistance of the above mentioned material at 1000℃ is similar to ZG40Cr25Ni20 and higher than that of traditional heat-resistant steels such as ZG35Cr18Ni25Si2 steel.
