C/C复合材料航空刹车副表面防氧化涂料的研制

摘 要:   以磷酸, 磷酸盐, SiC, SiO2,B4C和含硼化合物等为原料研制了以硅、硼化合物为主的多组分陶瓷混合物涂料。采用该涂料以刷涂的方式制备的C/C复合材料复合涂层具有显著的防氧化效果。研究表明,涂覆有涂层的C/C复合材料试样在900 ℃氧化10 h后,其氧化损失率为10.37%;试样在空气中900 ℃,3  min室温, 2 min急冷急热,如此在10 h内循环100次后,氧化损失率为8.41%。涂层与基体结合牢固,一直保持完好,没有发生剥落,具有耐高温、热稳定性好、耐腐蚀的优点,没有烧损和大量蒸发等现象,说明该涂料适合作C/C复合材料航空刹车副表面防氧化涂层。

Preparation of oxidation resistant coatings forcarboncarbon composites aircraft brake pairs

Abstract:Multilayer coatings with oxidation resistance made of ceramic mixtures of phosphate, SiC,SiO2, B4C and borate on carboncarbon composites surface were proved effectivein oxidation resistance. Fabrication techniques, microstructure and oxidation resistance of coated carboncarbon composites were studied. Results show that carboncarbon composites with multilayer coatings lose only 10.37% of mass after being oxidized in air at 1  173 K for 10 h. Oxidation mass loss rateis 8.41% after being thermally circulated in air from 1 173 K, 3 min to room temperature, 2 min and from roomtemperature, 2 min to 1 173 K, 3  min in 10  hfor 100 times, which indicates that the multilayer coatings can provide excellent oxidation resistance and thermal shock resistance and be applied to the oxidationproof of carboncarbon composites aircraft brake pairs.
