摘 要: 金属半固态成形作为21世纪一种近净成形新技术,愈来愈引起人们的广泛关注。为了推动该技术在我国工业中应用,从理论研究、坯料制备、二次(重熔)加热、成形工艺、国外应用的最新进展及发展趋势等方面进行了分析和讨论,指出半固态加工技术在我国汽车、电子和军工等领域潜在的应用前景,并阐明应采取的对策。

Abstract:Semisolid metal forming as a new nearnet shape technology in 21 century generally attracts people's attention. In order to promote its application in our country, the technology is analyzed and discussed from theoretical research, billet making, reheating, forming process, the newestdevelopment and trend of overseas application. Potential application prospect is pointed out about semisolid forming technology in automobile, electron and army industry. It is also clarified which countermeasure should be taken.
