摘 要: 用X射线衍射方法研究了球磨驱动制备Ag50Ni50 (摩尔比)合金粉末的机械合金化过程。研究结果表明, Ag50Ni50的混合粉末能形成有一定固溶度和纳米级晶粒的α-Ag和β-Ni两相混合粉末。球磨后的粉末在℃热压后,尽管两相的颗粒都有所长大, 但仍然保持纳米尺度。热压块体化的Ag50Ni50合金密度很高,经600 ℃,24h退火处理后,其α-Ag和β-Ni相颗粒均成倍长大。显微组织结果表明合金中存在微米级网状α-Ag相,并讨论了其生成机制。

Abstract:The Ag50Ni50 powder alloy was prepared by mechanical alloying (MA) process and the immiscible AgNi system with a positive heat of mixing was investigated by Xray diffraction (XRD). The results indicate that, ball milling of mixed elemental powders with nominal composition Ag50Ni50 results in the formation of mixtures of supersaturated, nanocrystalline rich-Ag and richNi solid solutions. The grain sizes of Ag and Ni particles remain nanosize after hot pressing at 620℃. The MA Ag50Ni50 alloy possesses excellent density and shows little oxidation. The formation mechanism of the meshwork of richAg was also evaluated.
