摘 要: 提出了由转速控制、时间控制及电流控制三原则综合而实现绕线式异步电动机起动过程的最优控制。实践运行表明,与原来单纯用时间继电器控制起动相比,新的控制方案能明显减小起动过程的发热(减小约30%),除显著节能外更重要的是能延长电机的使用寿命 。

Abstract:An optimization starting control system was introduced. The control strategy and the framework of hardware, were introduced in detail. An integrated control theory composed of speed, time, and current were put forward. All about these new ideas and new measures have been proven to be correct and practicable.
