摘 要: 采用挥发废贵金属催化剂中载体三氧化二铝的方法, 在自制的真空炉中富集贵金属。 研究结果表明: 在温度为1473~1673K时, 真空度大于666.7Pa下, 反应蒸馏3h, 可使氧化铝还原20%左右, 贵金属富集1.2倍; 相同条件下蒸馏4次, 可使贵金属富集1.6倍, 收率大于92%; 连续性蒸馏可使贵金属不断富集, 同时贵金属损失极少。

Abstract:The concentration of precious metals in the waste catalyst by reducing Al2O3 with sub-sulphide of Al in special vacuum furnace was studied. Under condition of temperature 1473~1673K, vacuum >666.7Pa, the reduction ratio of Al2O3 can achieve 20%, the concentration multiple is 1.2. For a fixed amount of reactant, the concentration multiple rises to 1.6 through four distillations, and the overall recovery ratio of precious metals surpasses 92%.
