摘 要: 为满足超塑成形对晶粒尺寸的要求, 选择Al-Mg(5083)合金, 利用反应喷射沉积的方法用N2-O2混合雾化气体进行喷射沉积。 结果表明: 沉积态的微观组织由等轴晶粒组成, 晶粒尺寸随着雾化气体中O2含量的提高而减小, 过热温度和微量Zr元素的添加对晶粒尺寸也有一定的影响。

Abstract:The reactive spray-deposition processing was implemented to reduce the grain size for superplasticity. A typical Al-Mg alloy(5083) was selected and was sprayed by using N2-O2 atomization gas mixtures. The as-deposited microstructure reveals an equiaxed grain morphology, and the grain size decreases with increasing atomization gas oxygen content and is affected by the superheat temperature and small additions of Zr.
