摘 要: 采用化学成分优化、 熔体净化、 晶粒细化、 铸锭长时间均匀化即“四化”处理、 高温长时间固溶处理及长时间时效处理, 对高强铝合金的组织和性能进行了研究。结果表明: 采用该方法能明显改善和提高高强铝合金的综合性能, 合金B的σb, σ0.2, δ和KIC分别为652MPa, 604MPa, 12 %和36MPa·m1/2, 该性能指标已超过美国和俄罗斯同类材料的标准。

Abstract:The microstructure and mechanical properties of high strength aluminum alloy were studied by means of four treatments: optimizing component elements, purifying solution, refining grain and enhancing homogenization, and higher temperature long time solution treatment and long time age treatment. The results show that the mechanical properties of the high strength aluminum alloy are improved effectively, and the σb, σ0.2, δ and KIC of the B alloy are 652MPa, 604MPa, 12 % and 36MPa·m1/2, respectively. The values of the mechanical properties of B alloy are higher than the ones of similar materials made in USA and Russia.
