摘 要: 采用氢气/氩气气氛烧结和氩气气氛保护热压3种烧结工艺制备了3种不同成分的Ni基合金。 密度测试、 金相、 XDR以及SEM和EDX分析显示: 在氢气/氩气气氛下烧结时, NiFeCuAlSn和NiFeCuAlZn样品出现体积膨胀、 密度下降和孔隙率增加现象; 通过气氛保护热压制备的样品致密度高且孔隙率低; Ni-Fe样品形成Fe·Ni固溶体, 而NiFeCuAlX(X=Zn/Sn)样品基体主要由细小的Ni3Al和较粗大的Ni及Fe·Ni组成, 其他元素均固溶于其中。

Abstract:Ni-based alloys with three kinds of component were fabricated through sintering under hydrogen/argon atmosphere and hot pressing. Density testing, XRD, SEM, EDX and metallographic analyses show that the sintering under hydrogen/argon atmosphere, makes dimension swell, density decline and pore rate increase for NiFeCuAlSn and NiFeCuAlZn samples. Through hot pressing, sample density is high, pore rate is low and its property are good. FeNi matrix is made of Fe·Ni and α-Fe. NiFeCuAlX(X=Zn, Sn) matrix are make up of fine Ni3Al and coarse Ni, Fe·Ni, other elements are dissolved in them.
