摘 要: 制备了一种用于Mg-Al合金晶粒细化的Al-Ti-C中间合金。 发现该Al-Ti-C中间合金可以有效地细化镁合金的晶粒,细化后的AZ61合金的抗腐蚀性能大大提高。分析认为, Al-Ti-C中间合金中起晶粒细化作用的是Al4C3和TiC的复合相。

Abstract:A special Al-Ti-C master alloy was prepared to refine the grains of Mg-Al alloys. The results show that the Al-Ti-C master alloy has an effective grain refinement for Mg-Al alloy. The corrosion resistance of AZ61 increases greatly, after refined by Al-Ti-C master alloy. It is the duplex of Al4C3 and TiC that serves as the nuclei of α(Mg) during solidification.
