锌浸出渣挥发窑锍窑皮的物理化学特性
及其形成机制

摘 要: 采用多种试验检测手段对锍窑皮的理化性质,如化学成分、 物相组成、 物相分布、 微区成分、 熔点与粘度等进行测定。 探讨了锍窑皮形成的原因和机理, 认为在高温区, 锌蒸气与含硫气体反应生成ZnS和ZnO , 这两种产物的一部分粘结在铁窑皮上, 与分熔富集的FeS, Cu2S等形成锍窑皮。 讨论了温度、 风量、风压等各项技术条件对锍窑皮挂结的影响。

Physicochemical properties and formation mechanism of zinc leaching residue volatile kiln

Abstract:The physicochemical properties of matte-kiln-crust, such as its chemical component, phase compositions, phase distribution, components on the micro-area, smelting point, viscosity and so on, were investigated by use of various kinds of experimental ways. The mechanism of matte-kiln-crust formation was discussed. It is found that zinc steam reacts at high temperature with the sulfur-bearing gas to produce ZnS and ZnO, parts of which will stick on iron-kiln-crust to form the matte-kin-crust with the enriched FeS and Cu2S by partial smelting. In the same time, the effect of technological condition, such as temperature, volume and pressure of air, on the sticking matte-kiln-crust was also examined.
