性能的影响

摘 要: 通过压力-组成-温度曲线、放氢量测试及X射线衍射研究了退火热处理对TiMn基储氢合金结构及性能的影响。结果表明, 退火热处理能明显改善储氢合金的活化性能, 在一定程度上提高吸放氢性能, 降低吸放氢反应的焓变。 XRD分析表明,热处理后储氢合金的相组成由单一的γ-TiMn1-2转变为γ-TiMn1-2和六方TiMn5相共存。

Abstract:The effect of annealing on phase structure and hydrogen absorption/desorption property of TiMn-based alloy was studied by pressure-composition-temperature (PCT) curves, hydrogen desorption capacity and XRD analysis. The results show that the activation performance of this alloy is improved and the reaction enthalpy is reduced. XRD analysis show that phases of γ-TiMn1-2 and hexagonal TiMn5 coexist in the alloy instead of single γ-TiMn1-2 after the heat treatment. The heat treatment can effectively improve the microstructure, activation property and hydrogen absorbing capacity of TiMn based hydrogen storage alloy.
