摘 要: 利用非均匀成核法, 以pH缓冲溶液作沉淀剂, 研究了Al2O3包覆TiH2粉末的包裹技术。结果表明, Al3+浓度对包覆层显微结构有影响, 当Al3+浓度为0.05mol/L, pH值为4.5时, 可以获得好的氧化铝前驱体包覆TiH2颗粒, 经350℃煅烧可得到均匀、 致密的Al2O3/TiH2包覆颗粒。 当包覆层厚大于1.42μm时, Al2O3/TiH2包覆颗粒释放氢气过程被显著地延迟,这种延迟效应对泡沫铝制备具有重要的实用价值。 采用Al2O3/TiH2包覆粉体作为发泡剂,成功制备出多孔泡沫铝材料。

Abstract:TiH2 particles coated with Al2O3 by heterogeneous nucleation method with buffered pH solution as precipitation reagent were studied. The homogeneous and compact Al2O3-coated TiH2 particles can be obtained at c(Al3+)=0.05mol/L and pH=4.5, and then by calcining at 350℃. The releasing hydrogen temperature of Al2O3/TiH2 particle is notably delayed when the thickness of coating layer surpasses 1.42μm, and the delaying effect can be used in the production of Al foams. The high-quality Al foams were prepared successfully using Al2O3-coated TiH2 powders as the foaming reagent.
