摘 要: 通过引进一个反映金属流速不均衡性的参数——流速均方差, 有效地控制型材挤压成形时金属流动的不均匀性。 采用有限变形弹塑性有限元方法, 对不同挤压参数(挤压比、 摩擦因子)下铝型材挤压过程进行了数值模拟研究, 获得了挤压压力、 流速均方差和型材件内部应力应变场随挤压参数变化的规律, 为铝型材挤压工艺参数优化提供了理论参考。

Abstract:The non-homogeneous metal flow during the extrusion forming process was well controlled by introducing a non-equilibrium parameter of metal flow, the mean-square deviation of velocity (SDV). The finite deformation elastoplastic finite element method was used to carry out the numerical simulation research on the profile extrusion process with different extrusion parameters (such as extrusion ratio, frictional factor). The change laws of the extrusion pressure, SDV and stress-strain fields with the extrusion parameters were obtained. It is theoretic consideration to optimize the technological parameters of the profile extrusion.
