不同土壤湿度下硫酸盐还原菌对
锌腐蚀的影响

摘 要: 交流阻抗测试技术等方 利用微生物分析、法, 研究了在不同湿度的类型土壤中硫酸盐还原菌同一对纯锌腐蚀的影响。 结果明: 土壤湿度对菌类生长表的影响是显著的, 硫酸盐原菌量随着湿度的提高有递还增现象; 在不同的湿度 接菌土壤中纯锌腐蚀速率下,和点蚀深度都明显大于灭壤; 随着含水量的增大, 菌土纯锌腐蚀速率也增大, 壤含水量增大到10%~15%当土时, 腐蚀速率达到最大,后腐蚀速率随着湿度增大 然而趋于减小; 纯锌在接菌菌土壤中的阻抗图谱均表及灭现为单容抗半圆, 在接菌中阻抗值及阻抗半圆均比土壤在灭菌土壤中小很多, 说酸盐还原菌增大了纯锌在明硫土壤中的腐蚀速率。

Effects of SRB on corrosion of zinc in different humidity soils

Abstract:The effects of sulfate reducing bacterial (SRB) on corrosion of zinc in different humidity soils were studied by using bacterial analyses, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS). The results show that the growth and metabolism of SRB increase with the increasing of humidity of soil. The corrosion rate and corrosion pitting depth of zinc in different humidity soils with SRB are larger than those in soils without SRB. The corrosion rate of zinc increases with the increasing of soil humidity and reaches the peak in 10%~15% water content soils, then decreases with the increasing of soil humidity. The EIS spectra exhibits single-layer model in soils with SRB and without SRB. The impedance of zinc in soils with SRB is smaller than those in soils without SRB. The results indicates that the corrosion rate of zinc increases in soils with SRB.
