摘 要: 研究了电磁场对AZ91D合金组织的影响,分析和测试了AZ91D合金挤压变形后的组织及性能。结果表明:电磁搅拌使AZ91D合金枝晶组织发生球化和细化,β-Mg17Al12相数量增加,并使Zn元素在β-Mg17Al12相的偏聚倾向降低;挤压成形后的合金极限抗拉强度高达285?MPa,比压铸合金提高30%,延伸率为12%,是压铸合金的2倍多。

Abstract:The effects of electromagnetic field on the microstructures of AZ91D alloy were studied,and the microstructure and properties characteristics of the alloy were analyzed. The results show that electromagnetic stirring has the action of spheroidization and refining intermetallic structure of α-Mg phase,and reduces the amount of Mg17Al12 phase and the segregation tendency of Zn element in Mg17Al12 phase. The ultimate tensile strength of the extruded AZ91D alloy is 285MPa,which is 30% higher than that of die casting alloy,and elongation is about 12%,two times more than that of diecasting alloy.
