摘 要: 分析了钛与不锈钢相变扩散连接的工艺参数,利用万能拉伸试验机测试了接头拉伸强度,利用扫描电镜(SEM)及X射线衍射(XRD)分析了接头断口形貌及组成相。结果表明:当连接压力为13MPa、上限温度为1183~1203K、下限温度为1073~1093K、加热速度为30~50K/s、冷却速度为15~20K/s、循环次数为15~20次时,钛与不锈钢相变扩散连接接头界面无反应相生成,拉伸强度为380MPa以上,实现了钛与不锈钢的高效高强度连接。

Abstract:The technological parameters of the phase transformation diffusion bonding (PTDB) of the titanium and stainless steel were studied. The tensile strength was tested by using the omnipotence testing machine and the fracture characteristics and phase were analyzed by scanning electron micros copy and X-ray diffraction. The results show that: at the maximum cyclic temperature of 1173~1223K, the minimum cyclic temperature of 1073~1093K, the heating velocity of 30~50K/s, the cooling velocity of 15~20K/s, the cycle numbers 15~20 and the bonding pressure of 13MPa, there is not reactive phase on the interface of the phase transformation diffusion bonding(PTDB) joint of the titanium and stainless steel, the tensile strength of joints is higher than 380MPa, thus the high efficiency and high strength bonding of the titanium and stainless steel are realized.
