摘 要: 对绝热剪切的研究现状作了概述。从材料热粘塑性本构失稳形成绝热剪切带及其扩展规律,绝热剪切带内的组织结构特征及其演化机制,以及计算机数值模拟技术在材料绝热剪切研究中的应用等三个方面对前人的工作进行了分析比较,指出了以上三方面研究中的不足,即:尚未建立和完善顾及微观组织变化的热粘塑性本构模型;绝热剪切条件下的动态再结晶机制尚不清楚;还不能较好地模拟出绝热剪切带内的组织演化过程等。最后对该领域的发展趋势提出了自己的观点。

Abstract:The recent progresses in the researches on adiabatic shearing were reviewed in detail. These reviews included three research fields: the thermal viscoplastic constitute instability related to adiabatic shearing,the microstructural characteristics in the adiabatic shear bands as well as the mechanism of the microstructural evolution, and the numerical simulation on the adiabatic shearing. Some shortcomings in these researches were analyzed and the future research fields of adiabatic shear banding were pointed out.
