摘 要: 研究了用于电车线材料的自生复合Cu-Cr合金的综合性能及其热稳定性。实验表明:自生复合Cu-Cr合金不仅在室温下具有优良的综合性能M指标(σ2b· σr), 而且还具有良好的热稳定性。室温下,自生复合Cu-Cr合金线的综合性能可高达18.3×106MPa2·%,高于目前所知各种铜合金电车线;而在500℃,3h加热保温条件下,自生复合Cu-Cr合金的综合性能仅下降3%。同时分析了自生复合合金热稳定性与强化机制的关系。

Abstract:The synthetic properties and the thermal stability of in-situ composite Cu-Cr alloy, which is potentially used for trolley cables, were reported. T he results show that in-situ composite Cu-Cr alloy has not only high mechanical properties (ultimate tensile strength σb and elongation rate (δ)) and good relative conductivity σr, i.e., good synthetic property that is scaled by M index (σ2b·σr), under condition of room temperature, but also excellent thermal stability of the synthetic property. At room temperature, the synthetic property of in-situ composite Cu-Cr could be up to 18.3×106MPa2·%, which is higher than those of commonly used copper contact cables. Being heated for 3h at 500℃, the synthetic property of in-situ composite Cu-Cr alloy only decreased by 3%. And the relationship between thermal stability and strengthening mechanism of in-situ composite alloy were also analyzed.
