Zr对超高强铝合金时效过程的影响

摘 要: 系统研究了不同Zr含量的超高强铝合金的时效硬化行为,发现:Zr对合金的时效硬化曲线有着明显的影响,曲线按其特征可分为3类,w(Zr)≤0.02%和0.02%<w(Zr)≤0.06%时,时效硬化效果不佳,而Zr含量在0.10%~0.16%之间的合金,时效硬化效果良好,峰值时效均在 135℃,16h左右。透射电镜分析表明,Al3Zr可使合金中的位错密度增高,抑制亚晶界的移动,在Al3Zr粒子周围发现了尺寸较大的η′相。

Influence of zirconium on ageing process in
super-high strength aluminum alloy

Abstract:The age-hardening behavior of super-high strength aluminum alloys with different zirconium contents was investigated. It is found that the influence of Zr on ageing is remarkable. The curves of age-hardening can be identified into three types according to their characteristics. When the Zr content is less than 0.06%, ageing treatment produces unexpected effect on the hardness. But when the content of Zr is between 0.10% and 0.16%,it can achieve good results through ageing and the ageing peaks almost all locate at 135℃,16h. The results of TEM observation show that the Al3Zr particles can keep a relative high level density of dislocation and retard the movement of the subgrains. It is also found that the larger and more η′phase can be observed around the Al3Zr particles.
