摘 要: 研究了TA2钛板复合氧化(热氧化与阳极氧化的迭加)获得氧化膜的形貌、成分和耐蚀性。结果表明,迭加方式不同,氧化膜形状特征不同。经复合氧化处理后,氧化膜外层由TiO2和Ti2O3组成,内层由Ti2O3 和TiO组成;随深度的增加,TiO2含量逐渐减少,TiO含量逐渐增加,Ti2O3含量先增加后减少。复合处理后,TA2耐蚀性显著提高。

Abstract:The morphology, composition and corrosion of different complex oxidizing films on TA2 titanium were investigated, which were prepared by combining anodic oxidizing and thermal oxidizing.The results show that films with different features are expected if the different combination methods are adopted. All complex oxidizing methods can produce oxide films, whose outer layers are composed of TiO2 and Ti2O3, and the inter layers of Ti2O3 and TiO. With the depths from the surfaces increase, the content of TiO2 gradually reduces and TiO increases; however, the content of Ti2O3 firstly increases and then decreases. From complex oxidizing, the corrosion resistance is markedly improved.
