液雾滴径及雾场形态对合金液雾燃烧质量的影响

摘 要:  分析了合金液雾滴径及雾场形态对雾化燃烧质量的影响,指出合金熔体被雾化得越细,越有利于着火燃烧,而合金液雾的燃烧所出现的高温使得合金雾滴沸腾并挥发而形成气相,气相的燃烧是获得纳米级金属氧化物的根本原因。采用旋涡式雾化燃烧器有利于合金液雾与氧气的充分混合,从而有利于合金液雾的完全氧化。

Abstract: The effects of the size of liquid alloyed droplets and the modality of atomizing field on atomizing-combustion process were studied. It was pointed out that the finer the size of the alloyed droplets are, the better the combustion of the alloyis. Violent combustion of fine liquid alloyed droplets results in high temperature and volatilization in burning chamber. It is the combustion of metal gas that the nanosized metal-oxide powders were prepared. On the other hand , vortical nozzle is propitious to contact between liquid alloyed droplets and oxygen for burning completely.
