超薄快速铸轧机铸轧辊温度场和热凸度仿真及实验

摘 要: 轧辊热凸度是影响板形的一个重要因素，其计算精度直接影响到成品的板凸度和板形精度。采用轴对称差分法计算了超薄快速铸轧机铸轧辊温度场和热凸度，计算结果与现场测试结果相吻合，为铸轧辊原始设计和板形控制提供了依据。
