摘 要: 采用以自蔓延高温合成技术制备的TiC/Fe(Mo)复合粉末为添加剂增强铁基粉末冶金材料,探讨复合增强粉末中金属相的种类、含量对增强体结构及烧结复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,含Fe, Mo为10%~20%的TiC/Fe(Mo)复合粉末具有较好的增强效果;在复合粉末的自蔓延高温合成中,加入金属Mo,有利于TiC与金属相的润湿,从而提高增强效果。

Abstract:The SHS TiC/Fe(Mo) composite powder was used to reinforce the iron-based powder metallurgical materials. The effect of the kind and the amount of metals in reinforcing composite powder on powder microstructure and properties of sintered composite was studied. It is showed that TiC/Fe(Mo) powder with 10%~20% metal is good to reinforce iron-based powder metallurgical materials. In the SHS processing of composite powder, the addition of Mo is beneficial to wetting between TiC and metal, so to reinforcement.
