经镍磷化学镀处理的40Cr钢低周

摘 要: 用系统分析的方法,在线跟踪观察了40Cr钢Ni-P化学镀层及化学镀层经晶化处理后的试样疲劳损伤过程。实验结果表明:系统分析的方法能够敏感地跟踪疲劳损伤过程;金属材料表面Ni-P化学镀层状态,影响材料疲劳损伤的过程和形式,使材料的疲劳寿命下降50%以上。

Abstract:A calculation model of fatigue damage is proposed using system analysis method. Three-point-bending fatigue test was applied to investigate fatigue damage parameter of electroless Ni-P coated 40Cr steel. The result reveals that the system analysis method is effective, the fatigue strength of the plated steel decreases by 50% and more.
